Where are your candles made?
Each candle is hand poured in small batches in Madison, Wisconsin.

What wax and wicks do you use?
100% soy wax and cotton wicks for a clean, steady burn.

How strong is the scent?
Balanced for room-filling presence without overwhelm. Strength varies by scent family and room size.

Do you offer gift wrap or a note?
Yes. Add a gift note at checkout. We can wrap your order for a small fee.

Do you accept returns?
Unburned candles can be returned within 14 days.

We ship from Wisconsin within 2–3 business days. Transit times vary by carrier. If your candle arrives damaged, email snelson@orostrata.com within 7 days with photos and your order number. Unburned candles may be returned within 14 days. Buyer covers return shipping unless the product was damaged on arrival.

Trim wick to 1/4 inch before each burn. First burn 2–3 hours to set an even melt pool. Keep away from drafts. Never burn more than 4 hours at a time. Stop use when 1/2 inch of wax remains.
